Our SLP is a member of the College of Audiologists & Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO). Speech Language Pathologists assess and treat speech and language disorders and work with our clients on social communication, and cognitive communication skills. Goals of treatment are to optimize function in educational, vocational, and everyday settings. This can also include using alternative and augmentative communication methods as necessary. Assessment and intervention of swallowing issues is provided to both children and adults. Working with children early on can address speech delays and disorders of motor speech and articulation.
